Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Slavik (the "Service") operated by Slavik Ltd ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

   Eligibility

   You must be 16 or older to use the Service. If you're under 18, you confirm that a parent or guardian has reviewed these terms.

2. // 02

   Account & security

   You're responsible for keeping your magic-link email secure. We don't use passwords. Don't share your account. Report suspicious activity to support@withslavik.com.

3. // 03

   Subscription & billing

   Paid subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Pricing is shown in USD. We process payments through Stripe. Annual subscriptions are eligible for the 30-day money-back guarantee described on the Refunds page.

4. // 04

   Acceptable use

   Don't use the Service to harass, infringe copyright, or attempt unauthorised access to our infrastructure. Don't upload audio that isn't yours or that you don't have the right to submit. Don't try to extract or train competing models from our scoring API.

5. // 05

   Your content

   Audio recordings you submit remain yours. By submitting, you grant us a limited licence to process, score, and store them for the operation of the Service. With your explicit opt-in (settings page), we may also use anonymised recordings to improve our scoring model.

6. // 06

   Termination

   You can cancel any time from your settings. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. On termination, your account is deactivated and your data deleted within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

   Disclaimers & liability

   The Service is provided "as is". We don't guarantee fluency, exam outcomes, or uninterrupted availability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you've paid in the 12 months before the claim.

   Changes to these terms

   If we make material changes, we'll email you at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.

   Governing law

   These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of London.
